FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to production and reproduction of the population of the primary stem cells in vitro from the explanted tissue. Method involves washing said implanted tissue, which is a puerperal tissue, and minimal manipulations with said explanted tissue. That is followed by culturing said explanted tissue in vitro during a cell collection cycle on a first culture surface with a culture medium to form a culture of primarily derived stem cells, collecting the primary stem cells from said nutrient medium and transferring said explanted tissue to a second culturing surface with a culture medium. Said stages are carried out during at least three cycles of cell collection with respect to said explanted tissue to produce a multiplied population of primarily derived stem cells from said explanted tissue.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain cells with high expression of biomarkers.
