FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a device for hydroconversion of heavy oil products, which constitute a fresh charge, wherein said device comprises: bubble column suspension hydroconversion reactor, which comprises feed pipeline, in which fresh charge and recycled suspension phase is transported, an inlet pipeline for a hydrogenating stream and an outlet for a reaction effluent stream through an outlet, a stripping column at high pressure and high temperature, arranged downstream of the reactor and directly connected to the head of the reactor via a pipeline in which the reaction effluent flows, wherein said column has an evaporative gas inlet pipeline, an inlet for the effluent from the reactor, an outlet in the head portion for vapor and an outlet for the suspension phase, pipelines and means for recycling the suspension exiting the stripping column, pipelines and drain flow collection means, which has the function of preventing accumulation of solid substances in the reactor, wherein said stripping column contains one or more contact devices, which provide physical contact created between different phases; and wherein pipeline connecting head part of reactor with stripping column, consists of vertical part connected to outlet, located on head part of reactor, and next part of pipeline, which is connected to inlet into stripping column, at that, said part is inclined downward with inclination making 2 % to 10 % in relation to horizontal plane perpendicular to reactor axis and axis of stripping column. Invention also relates to a method for hydroconversion of heavy oil products.

EFFECT: high conversion capacity of the hydroconversion unit of heavy oil products owing to the introduction of the stripping column.
