FIELD: petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: isolation of liquid oil products consists in following stages: (i) separating stream at relatively high pressures and temperatures into hot vapor stream and hot liquid stream; (ii) feeding hot liquid stream into stripping zone operated at moderate pressure to form hot top stream and hot bottom stream; (iii) cooling and separating hot vapor stream from the stage "i" into relatively cold vapor and liquid streams; (iv) rectifying hot liquid stream in column operated at relatively low pressure into large number of petroleum distillation products and residual liquid stream. According to invention, stage "ii" is carried out to form hot bottom stream essentially free of butane and lighter components and, additionally, (v) butanization of at least a part of top vapor stream from stage "ii" and liquid stream from stage "iii" is conducted in column operated at relatively moderate pressure to form one or several streams of light components essentially free of pentane and heavier components and stream of debutanized liquid, which is then subjected to rectification in stage "iv". EFFECT: simplified process and enhanced its efficiency. 20 cl, 2 ex
