FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and, in particular, to underground development of kimberlite pipes. Floor extraction is started from development of two adjacent rectilinear vertical layers, with power equal to diameter of the recovery well, and calculated length, taking into account length of long and short symmetry axes of section of kimberlite pipe and power of one vertical layer located along long axis of symmetry of horizontal section of kimberlite pipe. Continuation is carried out by successive development in the direction from the center to the outer contour concentric closed vertical layers, the shape of which in the horizontal section corresponds to the form of the ore body. Each vertical layer is developed in three stages. At the first stage the upper and lower storey layer works pass along the whole layer length. At the second stage, reserves of the vertical layer are worked out with complete hardening of the mined-out space filling with successive removable cuts. At the third stage, top and bottom layered mine workings are laid with application of technology compensating underfill of volume and shrinkage of backfill material during hardening. During development of sections of kimberlite pipes crossing fluid-bearing horizons in the enclosing stratum, excavation of floor reserves is started from development of protective layer along external contour of kimberlite pipe, with filling of mined space and layered floor workings with application of waterproof hardening backfill material.
EFFECT: invention increases safety and efficiency of underground development of kimberlite pipes in complex mining and geological conditions.
