SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in radar and hydroacoustic systems when organizing combined communication channels in sea conditions. Said result is achieved due to that changing frequency of electromagnetic waves synchronously with change of angle of incidence according to a certain law.
EFFECT: increased time of communication session between moving underwater object and aircraft.
