FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Isolated virus, which is a member of pestiviruses, for diagnosing and treating a disease caused by pestivirus, characterized by that: a) the virus is an agent of congenital tremor group A-II in pigs, and b) virus has a viral genome containing a gene encoding envelope protein Erns, gene encoding envelope protein E2, and gene coding envelopment protein E1, wherein nucleotide sequence of gene Erns has an identity level of at least 80 % with respect to the nucleotide sequence, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and / or the E2 gene nucleotide sequence has an identity level of at least 80 % with respect to the nucleotide sequence presented in SEQ ID NO: 3, and/or the nucleotide sequence of the E1 gene has an identity level of at least 80 % with respect to the nucleotide sequence, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 5. Also described is an isolated virus, which is a member of pestiviruses, for diagnosing and treating a disease caused by pestivirus, characterized by that: a) the virus is an agent of congenital tremor group A-II in pigs, and b) cDNA, reverse transcribed from a viral RNA genome, reacts in a PCR reaction with a set of primers, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 7 and 8, to obtain a PCR product of 156 ± 10 base pairs, and/or reacts in a PCR reaction with a set of primers, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 9 and 10, to obtain a PCR product of 335 ± 10 base pairs, and/or reacts in a PCR reaction with a set of primers, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 11 and 12, to obtain a PCR product of 896 ± 10 base pairs, and/or reacts in a PCR reaction with a set of primers, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 13 and 14, to obtain a PCR product of 896 ± 10 base pairs, and/or reacts in a PCR reaction with a set of primers, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 15 and 16, to obtain a PCR product of 182 ± 10 base pairs, and/or reacts in a PCR reaction with a set of primers, as shown in SEQ ID NO: 17 and 18, to obtain a PCR product of 182 ± 10 base pairs. Besides, genes coding proteins of described viruses and corresponding proteins are presented. Also described is a vaccine containing said substances.

EFFECT: invention extends the range of pesticide control agents.
