SUBSTANCE: nucleotide sequence corresponding to genome of classic swine fever virus (CSFV) or mutant presents nucleotide sequence of C- strain of classic swine fever virus indicated in sequence at identification = 1, complement or RNA-equivalent of such nucleotide sequence or it comprises nucleotide sequence encoding sequence of amino acids 268-494 in sequence at identification = 1 carrying mutation in nucleotide sequence encoding amino acids 690-877, or nucleotide sequence encoding amino acids 690-1063 of sequence = 1 and containing additionally mutation in sequence of amino acids 268-494. Mutation is taken among deletions or substitutions by one or more amino acids that alternate at least one epitope. Obtained nucleotides are components of diagnostic set and pestviral vaccine against classic swine fever virus. Invention allows to diagnose pestviruses and develop vaccines against classic swine fever virus. Invention can be used for development of vaccine against classic swine fever virus (CSFV).
