Abstract RU 2710147 C2

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to production of non-textured electrotechnical sheet steel used for production of elements of high-efficiency electric devices. Proposed method comprises pretreatment with liquid cast iron, smelting in converter, circulation evacuation, slab casting, hot rolling, acid etching, cold rolling, annealing and cladding. Melting in converter is carried out with content of iron oxide in ladle slag (T⋅Fe), making ≥ 5 wt. %. Produced steel has the following chemical composition, wt%: 0 < C ≤ 0.004, 0.1 ≤ Si ≤ 1.6, 0.1 ≤ Mn ≤ 0.8, 0.1 ≤ Al ≤ 0.6, Ti ≤ 0.0015, Fe and unavoidable impurities are the rest, wherein 0.2 ≤  (Si + Al)  ≤ 2.0.

EFFECT: obtaining electric steel with magnetic induction ≥ 1,7 T, by losses in iron ≤ 5,61 W/kg and surface without waviness defects.
