SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of non-textured electrical steel sheet. Method involves vacuum refining process (RH), wherein RH process involves consecutive step of decarbonisation, step of deoxidation with aluminium and step of adding calcium alloy, wherein ratio of time interval between moment of time for adding aluminium at said step of deoxidation with aluminium and moment of time for adding calcium alloy at said step of addition of calcium alloy to a period of time between moment of time for adding aluminium at said step of deoxidation with aluminium and final moment of RF process is 0.2-0.8.

EFFECT: invention improves magnetic properties of non-textured electrical steel sheet by adding calcium alloy and provides control of shape and quantity of inclusions without affecting normal cycle of processing of refining process.
