FIELD: general-purpose methods for applying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems and methods of applying materials in the conjugation area, in which application devices are used to seal areas of interfaces and to supply materials in the area of coupling so that sections of components outside these areas remained free from materials. Device for application for application of material in interface area of first surface and second surface comprises housing, in which cavity is formed; central support located in the cavity and connected to the housing by means of one or more bridges passing through the cavity and partially dividing it; an internal guide connected to the central support and arranged to slide inside the body cavity so that the body and the inner guide form a flow channel inside the cavity between the inner wall of the body and the outer wall of the inner guide. Flow channel has annular shape. Flow channel is continuous in the cavity and passes from the cavity to the contact surface of the internal guide located on the end of the internal guide, for interaction with provision of sealing with the first surface for partial setting of the interface area. Device also comprises two or more guide projections located in flow channel. Two or more guide ledges extend from the inner guide into the corresponding body guide recesses so that two or more guide projections partially separate the annular shape of the flow channel. Two or more guide ledges do not extend to contact surface of inner guide, so that annular shape of part of flow channel on contact surface of inner guide is continuous and is not obstructed by any guide ledges or webs. Each of the guide recesses has a length which allows two or more guide protrusions to slide in the corresponding guide recesses when the inner guide sliding in the cavity for setting the sliding direction of the inner guide relative to the body, wherein possibility of material flow through cavity and flow channel and its supply in form of continuous ring to interface area is provided. Method of application of material in area of coupling involves application of device for application of material in form of continuous ring formed simultaneously along entire perimeter of interface area as a result of material flowing through flow channel of device for application on area of interface, specified by fastening element and part.
EFFECT: technical result of the group of inventions is reduction of duration and cost of production process.
