SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises a distal element which is designed to comprise a pneumatic instrument assembly and a distal rod assembly. An extended rod assembly has a distal end portion which is coupled with a distal element, and a proximal end portion. A pneumatic rotating drive element is provided on the distal end portion of the extended rod assembly and can be designed to make the pneumatic instrument assembly twice rotating when having received at least one pneumatic drive signal from a pneumatic energy source. The pneumatic drive element comprises a pneumatic motor. In various versions of the implementation, the distal end portion of the extended rod assembly can be pivotally movable with respect to its proximal end portion, and/or the distal end portion of the extended rod assembly enables detachment from the proximal end portion.
