FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to production of coating on surface of steel parts by transfer of high-temperature gas flow of nanoparticles. Method of coating on part surface from steel includes formation in combustion chamber of high-speed sprayer of high-temperature gas flow by fuel combustion in oxidizer, feeding a liquid source material into the combustion chamber of a high-speed sprayer, which is a source of formation of nanoparticles, formation, heating and transfer of nanoparticles by high-temperature gas flow and deposition thereof on the surface of the part, wherein liquid source material, which is a source of nanoparticles formation, is simultaneously used as fuel for formation of high-temperature gas flow, and said material is a true or colloidal solution of organic and / or inorganic compounds in an organic solvent or a mixture of several solvents, wherein transfer of high-temperature gas flow of nanoparticles and their deposition on substrate is carried out together with immediately preceding treatment of part surface by electric arc, created between two tungsten electrodes at constant direct polarity force of 30–40 A, voltage 11–15 V and passing along part surface with speed of high-speed sprayer of sputtering installation at distance between arc and gas jet with sprayed powder material of 2–4 mm.
EFFECT: high adhesion strength, high cohesion strength of the coating material, and low porosity of the coating.
