FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flame spraying and can be used for surface hardening of metal parts. Proposed installation comprises sprayer with fluid fuel and gas feed devices, fuel injection nozzle and outlet nozzle. Sprayer receives fuel via fuel feed device connected via appropriate flow metres and valves to fluid fuel tank initial coating material tank, said initial coating material representing a true or a colloid solution of organic and/or inorganic compounds in fluid fuel. Fuel can be fed both simultaneously and alternately from both tanks.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of flame spraying of nano-structured coats.
