SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and pharmaceutics, namely to a method for prediction of a stable virologic response to chronic hepatitis C therapy with preparations of direct antiviral action in the presence of lipid distress syndrome, including an immunological blood test with determination of the concentration of interleukin 4 and interferon gamma, characterized by that the patient is single-valued in the blood of the concentrations of interleukines 2 and 10, as well as biochemical blood examination and concentration of triglycerides and homocysteine, calculating the value of the discriminant function, comparing its value with a constant, and if the value is more than 275.107, the absence of a stable response is predicted, and if the value is less than or equal to 275.107, a stable virologic response is predicted.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a prediction of a stable virologic response to the therapy of chronic hepatitis C preparations of direct antiviral action in the presence of lipid distress syndrome by determining the patient's blood triglycerides concentration, homocysteine, interleukins 2, 4 and 10 and gamma-interferon.
