FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcoholic beverage industry and may be used for production of strong alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverage production method envisages production of a water-alcohol solution from ethyl rectified alcohol and drinking water, its mixing with ingredients, maintenance of the mixture, its distillation with obtaining the necessary fortress fractions. At that, for preparation of water-alcohol solution there used is rectified ethyl alcohol not lower than "Basis" grade and with strength of 45–55 vol.% and infusion is carried out for 10–14 days using hemp cake produced during production of hemp oil of cold extraction and taken in amount of 2 kg per 10 l of solution, with subsequent distillation and extraction of the fraction boiling in temperature range of 80-90 °C, with correction of obtained distillate strength to 40 vol.% of drinking water with hardness of not more than 1 mg-eq/l.

EFFECT: invention allows to simplify technological process of production.
