FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production transfusiology for separation of donor blood. Mobile device for gravity separation of blood contains containers for donor blood, plasma and erythromass, a leukocyte filter, a blood separator and a dropper connected to each other by switching elements and tubes with clamps. At that, device is additionally equipped with transfer container, air filter and two single-channel perforators of membranes of ports of containers for donor blood and solution, perforators are protected with detachable outer caps, which are tightly connected to lower part of perforators, and their upper prickle part is tightly closed with tightly placed inner cap, cylindrical separator is made of spirally wound together with screens of flat membranes sealed along the perimeter to form blood and plasma channels. Air filter and perforators by means of tubes equipped with clamps are connected to quarter, which tube is connected to dropper cover, and its bottom is connected by means of tube with clamp to branch pipe on separator cover. Container for plasma by means of tube with clamp is connected to central pipe, and transfer container with one tube with clamp is connected to peripheral branch pipe of separator, and the other – with a leukocyte filter having a bypass tube with a check valve or a clamp attached thereto, connected to the leukocyte filter by two tees, one of which is connected to an erythromass container by means of a tube equipped with a clamp. Also disclosed is a method for gravitational blood separation using said apparatus.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of blood separation and quality of its hemocomponents.
