FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to transfusiology. Erythrocyte glycerolisation device comprises a flattened container. Inner cavity of the container is connected by a tube with a clamp to the input of a splitter having two outputs. One of the outlets is connected by a tube with a clamp to a single-channel polymer needle with a removable cap, the piercing and upper parts of which are closed by a non-removable sealing cap with a membrane pierced when the cap is displaced together with the membrane of the nozzle of the container with erythrocytes. Other of the splitter outlets is connected by a tube with a clamp to a two-channel polymer needle with a removable cap, having a liquid channel and an air channel with a filter. Antibacterial filter is installed between the two-channel polymer needle and the splitter. Method of using the device involves attaching a single-channel polymer needle of the device to a container with erythrocytes, transferring erythrocytes into the container of the device. Attaching the two-channel polymer needle of the device to the container with the cryoprotectant – glycerol solution, transferring the cryoprotectant into the container of the device. Parts of the device containing erythrocytes in a cryoprotectant are centrifuged. Container with erythrocytes concentrated in the cryoprotectant is placed in a protective airtight bag, which is evacuated and sealed.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to carry out all technological stages of erythrocyte glycerolisation in one device, ensuring their sterility in the absence of aseptic conditions, and also simplifies the work of personnel.
