FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device for manual washing of erythrocytes contains container for washing of erythrocytes made of film material with nozzles and tubes with connecting elements, and at least four empty containers for spent washing solution. Inner cavity of the erythrocyte washing container is connected by a tube with a clamp to a first splitter having three outputs, one of which is connected to a tube with a clamp, which ends with a single-channel polymer needle, which can be connected to a container with defrosted cryopreserved erythrocytes, the piercing and upper parts of which are closed with a non-removable sealing cap with a membrane which is pierced when the cap is displaced. Second output of the splitter is connected to a tube with a check valve, a clamp, an antibacterial filter and a second splitter having two outputs, one output of the second splitter is connected to a tube with a clamp, ending with a polymer needle made with possibility of being connected to a container with a hypertonic solution and a container with a washing solution, and to the other output a tube with a clamp is connected, which ends with a Luer-Lock connector. Third outlet of the first splitter is connected to a tube with a clamp, a check valve and a Luer-Lock connector, and the containers for the spent washing solution are each equipped with a tube with a clamp. One end of the tube is interconnected with the inner cavity of the container for spent washing solution, and the other ends with a Luer-Lock connector for connection to the Luer-Lock connector of the third output of the first splitter. Disclosed is a method for manual washing of erythrocytes using the device.
EFFECT: provision of sterility of all technological operations of washing and achievement of standard parameters of quality of washed erythrocytes in closed device.
