FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and power electronics, in particular to static frequency converters with double conversion of electrical energy. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the single-phase frequency converter is equipped with additional connections and elements which enable to realize a two-level constant voltage source with a transistor half-bridge, which realizes a single-phase voltage inverter. Changing duty ratio of controlled inverter operation, it is possible to change according to specified algorithm or stabilize output voltage level relative to voltage level of supply mains. Presented circuits allow to control the voltage amplitude on the load in a wide range.
EFFECT: improving the synthesized output voltage quality on the load, reducing the ripple level and more uniform voltage distribution on the DC link capacitors, as well as reducing the number of fully controlled semiconductor elements and simple control system of single-phase frequency converter.
