SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used in treating tumours. 4-amino-7-[(2R,3R,4S,5R)-3,4-dihydroxy-5-[(sulphamoylamino)methyl]tetrahydrofuran-2-yl]-5-[2-(2-ethoxy-6-fluorophenyl)ethynyl]pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine is an antitumour effect enhancer for other antineoplastic agents. Invention also relates to combinations of 4-amino-7-[(2R,3R,4S,5R)-3,4-dihydroxy-5-[(sulphamoylamino)methyl]tetrahydrofuran-2-yl]-5-[2-(2-ethoxy-6-fluorophenyl)ethynyl]pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine with another antitumour compound, a pharmaceutical composition, an anti-tumour compositions, their applications, methods for intensifying anti-tumour effect and treating tumours.
EFFECT: use of inventions provides higher inhibition of tumour growth and anticancer effect of anticancer drugs.
