SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to devices for heating and maintaining working temperature of small electric accumulators and galvanic cells, and specifically relates to phase-change thermal jacket for accumulator. Phase-shift heat jacket for an accumulator comprises an outer layer made of a heat-insulating material, a plurality of inner layers made of coarse-porous materials, isolated from each other by an aluminum foil impregnated with phase-transition heat accumulating substances, and the last adjacent to accumulator layer of electric insulation with high heat conductivity. As phase transition substances in inner layers successively from outer to last layer of jacket are used dodecane, decane, nonane.

EFFECT: high frost resistance of the accumulator.
