SUBSTANCE: vehicle seat includes a seat back extending from the first side to the second side. Air cushion assembly with housing is supported by seat backrest on one of first and second sides. Airbag is inflated from housing into inflated position. In inflated airbag has a first section extending from seat back, and a second portion spaced from the seat back and extending from the first portion in the transverse direction of the seat back to the distal end of the second portion. Panel passes from the distal end of the second section to the body.
EFFECT: improved safety.
