SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to embodiments of a vehicle safety system and a vehicle airbag assembly. Safety assembly comprises base element and air cushion supported by basic element and can be inflated to inflated position. Airbag includes a panel and a plurality of screens attached to the panel. Panel includes the first section extending in the first direction from the base element to the far end, and the second section extending in the second direction transverse to the first direction, from the base element to the far end. Each screen is elongated in the first direction along the first section of the panel and is elongated in the second direction along the second section of the panel. During the vehicle collision, the passenger's kinetic moment can move the passenger towards the airbag.
EFFECT: airbag can absorb energy from the head and knees of the passenger, which can help to reduce injuries.
