FIELD: construction; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of an article from fibrous cement, particularly sheets or panels from fibrous cement, and such articles from fibrous cement, as sheets from fibrous cement or panels from fibrous cement. Method involves producing an uncured article from fibrous cement, hardening said non-hardened article from fibrous cement. Said hardened article is dried to obtain moisture of said hardened fibrous cement product, which is less than or equal to approximately 8 wt. %. At least part of the surface of said dried fibre cement article is abrasive blasted. Fibrous cement article is used as a coating for a building structure.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced efflorescence.
