SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of generating heuristic rules for searching and detecting spam emails based on analysis of statistical data on received emails of clients. Statistical data are preliminary, before its analysis conversion into a specific form which presents data for analysis in an impersonal form. Thus, messages of clients contained in the letter are not used in analysis, which ensures confidentiality of information. Feature of the declared invention consists in formation of heuristic rules on the basis of analysis of sequence of arrangement of fields in headers of letters and creation of regular expressions for links contained in the specified letters.
