Technical result is achieved by implementing the method of classifying e-mail messages based on statistical data of messages, in which: obtaining statistical data of messages of clients and results of classification of messages on the side of clients; generating features based on received statistical data of messages of clients; combining features into a single vector for each message; clustering of messages is carried out using a machine learning algorithm based on vectors of signs of messages; messages in each cluster are classified based on the percentage of messages classified on the client side as messages containing spam according to the rules.

EFFECT: high accuracy of classifying emails.
