SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerosol delivery devices. Aerosol delivery device comprises at least one housing; a user interface having a button and a display arranged on at least one housing; and control component, located inside at least one housing and connected to user interface, wherein the control component is configured to control the operation of at least one functional element of the aerosol delivery device when detecting the passage of air flow through at least a portion of the at least one housing, wherein the control component is configured to control the display to present a menu containing a plurality of menu items selected using only the button, wherein each item of the plurality of menu items is associated with a corresponding functional element of the aerosol delivery device, and the control component is configured to navigate through the plurality of menu items and select the currently presented item from the plurality of menu items to control the corresponding functional element in response to the corresponding button pressing on the first and second types having different duration.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is creation of user interface, providing comprehensive options for controlling functions of aerosol delivery device and, in addition, simplifying interaction of user with aerosol delivery device.
