FIELD: technological process.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerosol delivery devices. The aerosol delivery device is designed to heat the aerosol precursor composition. The composition includes components derived from tobacco or tobacco itself. The aerosol delivery device consists of a casing defining a space for an electric power source. The space for an electric power source defines the first longitudinal axis. The aerosol delivery device has a connector which is designed to interact with a cartridge containing the aerosol precursor composition and extending along the second longitudinal axis. The first longitudinal axis and the second longitudinal axis are not coaxial and are oriented substantially parallel to each other. Also, the aerosol delivery device has an illumination source, a button assembly, and an illumination source enclosure designed to direct the illumination generated by the illumination source through itself.
EFFECT: invention eliminates unpleasant smell.
