SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to variants of the aerosol delivery device. Aerosol delivery devices may include a control housing and a cartridge, including an atomizer and a tank made with the possibility of containing an aerosol precursor composition. The control housing may include a casing forming a cavity for an electric power source, which continues along the first longitudinal axis and is designed to receive an electric power source. The control housing may additionally include a connector designed to interact with the cartridge containing an aerosol precursor composition, so that the cartridge continues along the second longitudinal axis. The first longitudinal axis and the second longitudinal axis may be misaligned and oriented substantially parallel to each other. The electric power source is located in the cavity for the electric power source and is designed to deliver electricity to generate heat in the tank.
EFFECT: creation of relatively flat external surfaces of the device is ensured, which may be more suitable for a commercially available display, in contrast to the highly curved surfaces created by a cylindrical aerosol delivery device.
