SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for movement over air and water surface. Disclosed is a device for movement on air and water surface, comprising base in form of a volumetric ellipsoid, comprising at least four air-jet engines for lifting and rotation and interacting with frame, made in form of axis, hingedly fixed on ellipsoid, wherein housing of ellipsoid and axis have possibility of locking if necessary, for example, by means of clutch, elements of which are fixed on housing of ellipsoid and axis, respectively, means for landing and movement on water surface and landing on solid surface, device in form of electric gear fixed on housing of ellipsoid, wherein on output shaft of reduction gear by means of spatial hinge and piston system engine is fixed with possibility of rotation and spatial yaw, on cantilever part of axis located outside ellipsoid housing, installed at least two air-jet engines for movement, load-bearing platform is mounted on ellipsoid housing on axle whereon control panel is mounted, power supply facilities providing operation of engines and means of visual observation of surrounding space are also provided.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of device for movement over air and water surfaces.
