SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anti-gas equipment, device and method for control of technical state of filter, and can be used in development and operation of filters of gas masks. Device for monitoring the technical state of the filter of the gas mask consists of a filter of the gas mask, inside which there is a charge, a source of micro streams, a first two-way distributor, a membrane pump, a measuring chamber, a second two-way distributor, an inlet filter, wherein the micro streams source outlet is connected to the gas mask filter input and the first two-way distributor first input, outlet of the filter of the gas mask is connected to the second input of the first two-way distributor, the output of which is connected to the first input of the second two-way distributor, the second input of which is connected to the output of the input filter, output of the second two-way distributor is connected to the input of the measuring chamber, the output of which is connected to the inlet of the membrane pump.

EFFECT: high sensitivity, selectivity, stability of the method and high reliability of measurement results.
