FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electric drives. Frameless synchronous rotary electric machine comprises stator and rotor. Rotor is made in the form of a magnetic conductor from material with high magnetic permeability fixed with possibility of rotation relative to the stator and carrying magnets. Stator includes winding filled with compound with heat conducting filler, printed circuit board, magnetic conductor, temperature sensors and rotor position sensors. Printed circuit board connects stator coils in compliance with circuit diagram, connects rotor position sensors installed on the board and fixed on it by glue or compound, and also serves for connection of temperature sensors. Electric machine is connected to external control system by means of pin lugs pressed and soldered on printed-circuit board.
EFFECT: improved loading capacity of electric machine, increased convenience of adjustment and connection.
