FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to a device for bent breaking of glass plates. Device for bent breaking of glass plates comprises a flexible element, on which there is a glass plate with a cutting line formed on it; support mechanism on which the lower surface of the glass plate rests by means of a flexible element; receiving device for glass plates, having annular receiving surface for arrangement of lower surface of glass plate by means of flexible element and recess, surrounded by annular receiving surface; first moving device for receiving plate receiving surface movement for glass plates; device for breaking the glass plate by pressing it along the cutting line by pressure on the upper surface of the glass plate; and a second moving device for moving the press breaking device. Second moving device is adapted to move the device for breakage by pressing so that during breaking by pressing of the glass plate the device for breaking by pressing could press on part of the glass plate opposite to the recess surrounded by the receiving surface for glass plates, which moved the first moving device. Device for decomposition by pressing is arranged to make breaking by pressing of glass plate along cutting line by pressure on part of glass plate opposite recess, surrounded by receiving surface for glass plates. According to another version, the first moving device is adapted to place the receiving surface for glass plates so that when breaking by pressing the glass plate, the pressure surface of the press breaking device could press on the part of the glass plate opposite to the recess, surrounded by a receiving surface for glass plates. Second moving device is arranged to place the pressure surface so that when breaking by pressing the glass plate, the pressure surface could press on the part of the glass plate opposite to the recess, surrounded by a receiving surface for glass plates, which moved the first moving device.

EFFECT: elimination of glass plate surface breaking.
