FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, obtaining of sugar-containing food products, such as cream, paste, pomade, glaze etc. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing raw material, such as positive blood elements preliminarily hemolyzed by hydrochloric acid solution; mixing positive negative elements with sugar; concentrating the mixture till weight part of dried substance reaches 58-62% by weight; adding syrup, plant oil and edible bone fat mixture, with mixture components being taken in the ratio of 1:1; subjecting the mixture to thermal treatment with following cooling; introducing predetermined amounts of food additives, such as honey, ascorbic acid and aromitizer. EFFECT: wider range of raw material used for obtaining of organic iron-containing food products, improved quality of product by increased biological value and consumer properties. 4 tbl, 9 ex
