FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for improvement of consumer properties, in particular, wine. Thermally insulated container is equipped with a beverage temperature sensor and a microprocessor device which receives data from the said beverage temperature sensor and contains a wireless data transmission device. Cold accumulator is frozen with freezing point not higher than -10 °C. Container with a beverage is placed in a thermally insulated container. Cold accumulator is placed on the surface of the container so that at least a part of the surface at the bottom of the container is not in contact with the cold accumulator. Desired temperature of the beverage is placed in the portable computer device. Using the microprocessor device, data are transmitted to the portable computer device by means of the wireless data transmission device, by means of which the current temperature of the beverage can be determined. Portable computer device compares the current temperature of the beverage and the desired temperature of the beverage. Portable computer device notifies the user when the current temperature of the beverage is slightly higher, equal to or lower than the desired temperature. Cold accumulator is removed from the container surface.

EFFECT: fast and accurate beverage temperature control.
