FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a method for preparation of a fodder additive for young cattle. Method involves introduction of additional fertilizer into the main ration of calves. Calves aged 6–7 months by mixing with concentrated milled grain fodder are added ultrafine Cr2O3 chromium nanoparticles sized 91 nm in dose of 1.4 mg per head once a day for a recording period of 7 days.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables higher activity of pancreatic enzymes: amylase and protease.
