FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a water purification system by recrystallisation and sectional heat exchange devices for a water purification system by recrystallisation. Proposed system consists of sectional heat exchanger with heat exchange chambers isolated from each other and cooling and heating elements arranged therein, water circulation circuit, coolant circulation circuit and control and monitoring means. Circulation loop of water is made with possibility of alternate supply of initial water to heat exchange chambers in mode of water freezing and drainage of contaminated water concentrate and clean water from heat exchange chambers in ice thawing mode. Coolant circulation circuit is connected to cooling and heating elements with possibility of alternate freezing of water and thawing of ice in heat exchange chambers and with possibility of transfer of coolant heat generated in heat exchange chamber during freezing of water into heat exchange chamber for ice thawing. Control and monitoring facility is connected to the above circuits with the possibility of changing the direction of water and coolant flows in alternate modes of freezing water and thawing ice in heat exchange chambers. Heat exchanger comprises at least two sections with heat exchange chambers isolated inside each other, screens of cylindrical shape and cooling and heating elements of tubular shape mounted in heat exchange chambers along their longitudinal axis, heating elements of spiral shape, fixed in upper part of said tubular elements, additional heating elements fixed in lower part of heat exchange chambers on outer side of screen, spiral ribs fixed on cooling and heating elements of tubular shape, and means for water supply and drainage. Tubular cooling and heating elements consist of inner and outer pipes arranged coaxially relative to each other. Heating elements of spiral shape and spiral ribs are fixed on external pipe, screens are fixed on spiral ribs with formation of annular cavity between them and external pipe. Inner pipe has open bottom end, outer pipe has closed bottom end, and length of inner pipe is smaller than length of outer pipe.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency and reliability of the device, as well as improved quality of water treatment.
