FIELD: water purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for water purification by recrystallization, in particular to devices for the production of drinking melted water, and can be used in purification systems for technical, polluted, saline and sea water. The device consists of a body in the form of a truncated cone, oriented with the angle of the solution upwards, a displacer and a baffle located coaxially in the body, a heating element, an air supply manifold and branch pipes for supplying and discharging water, coolant and refrigerant. The body contains outer and inner walls forming an annular cavity between them, a bottom and a lockable cover. The baffle is located between the inner wall of the housing and the displacer to form, respectively, cooling and recirculating annular cavities communicating with each other via water above and below the baffle. The device contains straps rigidly fixed on the inner wall of the housing radially to its surface, and pipes for water. Branch pipes are mounted on the bottom with the possibility of water supply to the cooling cavity and removal from the recirculation cavity. The displacer is made in the form of a cone oriented upwards by the opening angle. The partition is made in the form of a truncated cone, oriented by the opening angle upwards. Branch pipes for supplying and discharging heat carrier and refrigerant are made with the possibility of their supply into the annular cavity between the outer and inner walls of the housing and removal from the mentioned cavity. The air supply manifold is mounted with the possibility of its supply to the lower part of the cooling cavity. The internal cavity of the displacer is filled with a non-freezing coolant. The heating element is located in the internal cavity of the displacer. The angle of inclination of the displacer wall and the baffle corresponds to the angle of inclination of the inner wall of the housing relative to the longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: reduction in the duration of water freezing and ice thawing modes, high quality of water purification.
