FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for argon-arc surfacing of sealing surfaces of parts of pipeline and shut-off valves from chrome-nickel-molybdenum steels of austenitic-ferritic grade, which operate under conditions of increased wear and corrosion. Composition contains components in following ratio, wt%: carbon 0.02–0.06, silicon 0.2–0.8, manganese 0.5–1.2, chromium 25.0–29.0, nickel 5.0–8.0, molybdenum 2.5–3.5, nitrogen 0.05–0.3, cobalt 0.15–0.4, titanium 0.25–0.5, cerium 0.01–0.1 , copper 1.25–2.5, iron – the rest.
EFFECT: high strength of adhesion of the deposited alloy to the base metal, as well as high hardness, resistance to intergranular corrosion and wear resistance of the weld metal.
