FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy; production of casting alloys based on nickel.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to production of casting alloys based on nickel. The invention offers a casting alloy on the basis of nickel and containing carbon, chrome, cobalt, molybdenum, tungsten, aluminum, titanium, yttrium, boron, zirconium, niobium, sulfur, phosphorus, manganese, silicon, iron, copper, nitrogen, bismuth, lead, stibium, an arsenic. At that the contents of components is the following ( in mass %): carbon - 0.06-0.12, chrome - 22.0-25.0, cobalt - 10.0-11.5, molybdenum - 2.55-3.2, tungsten - 4.5-6.0, aluminum - 2.4-3.2, titanium - 4.2-5.0, yttrium - 0.05, boron 0.3-0.55, zirconium - 0,.5, niobium - 4.2-5.0, sulfur -0.008, phosphorus - 0.008, manganese - 0.3, silicon - 0.3, iron - 0.5, copper - 0.07, nitrogen - 0.01, bismuth -0.00005, lead - 0.001, stibium - 0.0005, arsenic - 0.0005, nickel - the rest. The technical result is an increased resistance of the alloy to sulfide and oxide corrosion at high-temperature operation, and also preservation of the source hardness and technological strength at a build-up welding.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased resistance of the alloy to sulfide and oxide corrosion at high-temperature operation, preservation of the source hardness and technological strength at a build-up welding.
