FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treating a cell proliferative disorder, selected from Proteus syndrome, Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome, CLOVES syndrome, fibroadipose hyperplasia, hemihyperplasia-multiple lipomatosis syndrome, megalencephaly, and Cowden's syndrome, which leads to the treatment of the cell proliferative disorder. That is ensured by administering a therapeutically effective amount of composition containing 3-(3-(4-(1-aminocyclobutyl)phenyl)-5-phenyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl)pyridin-2-amine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition and a kit for treating said cell proliferative disorder.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a synergetic effect in treating said diseases using said compound with ((R)-6-(2-fluorophenyl)-N-(3-(2-((2-methoxyethyl)amino)ethyl)phenyl)-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinazoline-2-amine).
