FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and soil science with reference to increasing yield due to reduction of allelotoxin (soil toxicosis) in soils in soil by adding various substances into soil. Method includes consecutively following stages: formation of at least two weights of grains of seeds, treating one soil sample with an ameliorant, which is represented by milk whey or manure, or a combination thereof, obtaining a seed sample in soil having toxicosis by contacting one weighed portion of seeds with said soil, with addition of water until a minimum moisture capacity of the soil is obtained, obtaining a seed sample in soil treated with an ameliorant by contacting another weighed portion of the seeds with the treated soil, with the addition of water until the lowest moisture capacity of the soil is achieved. After that, obtained samples are conditioned till sprouting, soil removal from samples and placement of purified sprouted seeds of different samples into identical transparent containers with water and compaction of sprouted seeds in containers by means of vibration action in vertical plane, and subsequent impact action on vessel bottom, wherein after vibration action on samples of seeds identical weight loads are placed in vessel. Then, bulk volumes of sprouted seeds are analyzed from sample with soil and sprouted seeds from soil sample treated by ameliorant according to height of load from vessel bottom with subsequent determination of seed growth stimulation rate from preset ratio compared to soil with toxicosis.

EFFECT: enabling faster and more reliable evaluation of the effectiveness of the exposure.
