FIELD: microscopy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sub-diffraction scanning optical microscopy and can be used for visualization and chemical diagnosis of physical and biological objects beyond light diffraction by means of meta-lens built-in into a standard optical microscope with low numerical aperture. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that in a device for imaging objects with subwave spatial resolution based on stimulated Raman scattering, comprising radiation source 1, optically coupled to a radiation preparation module 2, which is optically conjugated with radiation conversion module 3, which is optically conjugated with focusing module 4, which is optically conjugated with substrate 5, which is optically conjugated with radiation generation module for recording 8 and radiation reception module 9, meta-lens 6 is located on substrate 5, and module of frequency filtration and radiation deflection 3 is used as radiation conversion module 3.
EFFECT: improved spatial resolution.
