FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, particularly to double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) for inhibiting ANGPTL3 expression, as well as to use thereof for inhibiting expression of ANGPTL3 in a cell and for treating an individual with a disorder, on which a favourable effect of reducing expression of ANGPTL3. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting ANGPTL3 gene expression, containing an effective amount of said dsRNA.
EFFECT: invention provides effective inhibition of ANGPTL3 expression.
