FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to deuterated derivative of chenodeoxycholic acid represented by formula (I), or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. In formula (I) R1, R3, R4, R5 and R6 independently of each other represent hydrogen or deuterium; R2 is deuterium. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition used as a farnesoid X receptor (FXR) agonist, and to use of the compound for preparing a pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining new deuterated derivatives of chenodeoxycholic acid presented by formula (I), having the ability to activate the farnesoid X receptor.
