FIELD: manufacturing technology; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing encapsulated polyhydroxy esters and copolyhydroxy esters and can be used in producing polymer materials used in various industries as structural, film and electrical insulating materials, adhesives and membranes. Method of producing encapsulated aromatic polyhydroxy esters and copolyhydroxy esters which are products of reaction of 1-chloro-2,3-epoxypropane (epichlorohydrin, ECG) and diols: I – diphenylol propane (DFP); II – 4,4'-dioxydiphenylsulphone (DOPS); III – 1,1-dichloro-2,2-di(4-oxyphenyl)ethylene (DOPCE); IV – tripticendiole-2,5 (TPD); V is diallyldian (DAD); VI – diphenylol propane and 4,4'-dioxydiphenylsulphone; VII – diphenylol propane and 1,1-dichloro-2,2-di(4-oxyphenyl)ethylene; VIII – diphenylol propane and diallyldian; IX – diphenylol propane and tripticendiole-2,5, involves treatment of solutions of polyesters in methylene chloride with aqueous solutions of apple pectin, dilution of the reaction mixture with water at 30±5 °C. Obtained product has a spherical shape with particle diameter of 25–110 mcm.
EFFECT: obtaining non-splitting, loose, dust-free polyhydroxy esters and copolyhydroxy esters of spherical shape with high thermal- and heat-resistance, mechanical properties and bulk density in a simpler and more economical way.
