FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing encapsulated polyhydroxy esters and copolyhydroxy esters and can be used in producing polymer materials used in various industries as structural, film and electrical insulating materials, adhesives and membranes. Method of producing encapsulated aromatic polyhydroxy esters and copolyhydroxy esters involves a step for synthesis of polyesters in the presence of nanocarbon CNF, which are products of reaction of 1-chloro-2,3-epoxypropane (epichlorohydrin, ECH) and diols: I – diphenylol propane (DPP); II – 4,4'-dioxydiphenylsulphone (DOPS); III – 1,1-dichloro-2,2-di(4-oxyphenyl)ethylene (DOPCE); IV – diallyl-diane (DAD); V – tripticenediol-2,5 (TPD); VI – diphenylol propane and 4,4'-dioxydiphenylsulphone; VII – diphenylol propane and 1,1-dichloro-2,2-di(4-oxyphenyl)ethylene; VIII – diphenylol propane and diallyl-diane; IX – diphenylol propane and tripticenediol-2,5; by treating solutions of polyesters in chloroform with aqueous solutions of apple pectin, diluting the reaction mixture with water at 40±5 °C, having a spherical shape with particle diameter of 23–117 mcm.
EFFECT: obtaining non-splitting, loose, dust-free polyhydroxy esters and copolyhydroxy esters of spherical shape with high thermal- and heat-resistance, mechanical properties and bulk density in a simpler and more economical way.
