SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a copolyhydroxyether based on trypticenediol-2,5 and 4,4'-dioxy-diphenylsulfone, which can be used as a film material. This copolyhydroxyether has the following formula:
where n = 50-75.
EFFECT: development of a copolyhydroxyether with improved fire resistance, glass transition temperature, heat resistance and mechanical properties, good solubility in polar solvents and film-forming properties.
