FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy-saving and environmentally safe technologies of oil producing and oil-processing industry. Invention relates to oil and oil emulsion dehydration aid, which includes their spraying in closed volume with pressure below atmospheric pressure at temperature corresponding to water saturation temperature at corresponding pressure in closed volume. Portion of water-containing oil or oil emulsion is preheated to temperature of 50 °C by electric induction method in unit of preliminary heating – neck of drain of loading container, consisting of electric induction heater and reservoir with metal tubular or honeycomb structures. Heated portion of the oil or oil emulsion on the vacuum line is fed to the primary heating unit consisting of electric induction heater capacity with metallic tubular or honeycomb structures and the expansion chamber interconnected by a high pressure valve, where the temperature is brought to 60–80 °C , after which the heated portion of oil or oil emulsion is supplied via vacuum line into the closed chamber of the vacuum-evaporation chamber No. 1 with pressure of 0.05–0.1 at., in which their spraying occurs with formation of the spray. For production of light fractions of oil or oil emulsion part of vapors from chamber No. 1 along vacuum line is supplied to vacuum-cooling chamber No. 2, after evaporation of heated portion of oil or oil emulsion into chambers No. 1 and No. 2, cooled air is supplied for condensation of vapors, then in chambers there created is increased pressure for discharge of separated fractions. Invention also relates to a vacuum electro-induction device for realizing a method of dehydrating oil and oil emulsions.
EFFECT: high degree of dehydration of oil or oil emulsion.
