SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medical equipment and is used in tracking the daily activity of the user. A method for issuing recommendations for maintaining a healthy lifestyle based on daily user activity parameters, automatically tracked in real time, comprises steps of: parameters of daily activity of the user are automatically determined, which include periods of physical activity, heart rate, number of passed steps, sleep time period, changes in blood glucose level, amount of carbohydrates and calories received with the accepted food. Based on the measured change in the user's blood glucose level, physical activity, heart rate and daily glucose tolerance changes to determine the user's individual response to food intake, a physiological model of the user is constructed, machine learning algorithm is developed to estimate daily activity of user based on measured parameters of daily activity of user, defined individual response of user and predefined profile of user, containing gender of user, age, height and weight. Recommendations are created to maintain a healthy lifestyle of the user based on assessing the daily activity of the user, resulting from using the machine learning algorithm, and displaying the generated recommendations. Disclosed are alternative versions of method and system for issuing recommendations.

EFFECT: inventions provide automatic tracking of physiological parameters and physical activity and issuing recommendations for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
